Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate product and personalization machines according to SOPs.
• Set up machines and perform pre-operation checks before production starts.
• Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards.
• Handle raw materials, semi-finished cards, rejected cards and finished products properly.
• Perform quality inspections and identify defects or production issues.
• Adjust machine settings and perform minor troubleshooting during operation.
• Record production data, downtime, and machine issues accurately.
• Ensure minimal wastage and maintain production efficiency.
• Follow safety, security, and cleanroom/5S requirements at all times.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on machines.
• Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and quality control teams.
• Support shift handover by updating machine and production status.

Requirements

• SPM certification or equivalent qualifications
• 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Good math and technical skills
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Ability to work shifts and stand for extended periods if needed
