Position Title: Collections Associate (Home) Job Summary Performs collection activities and skip tracing functions for defaulting borrowers for secured loans (Home Loan and Car Loan accounts). Specific Duties & Responsibilities Performs collection call-outs for defaulting clients in the front-end to mid-range buckets Performs skip tracing activities (via telephone) to establish updated client contact information Handles the transmission of SMS, viber and email follow-ups Facilitates the debiting of partial payments from client's settlement account Documents collection activities in collection monitoring system Attends to collection-related inquiries submitted from other Bank units Performs other ad-hoc functions as may be required from time to time Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of a business course Experience in banking or credit card collections is an advantage Good oral and written communication Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Willing to work overtime (including weekends/holidays) Willing to work on shifting schedules Willing to work onsite 100% Other Details: Rank: Rank and File Unit: Consumer Business Sector / Credit Operations Group / Collections and Recoveries Division Location: Pasay City
