Position Title: Reports Analyst Job Summary: Responsible for the gathering of financial data needed in the preparation of BSP/PDIC/BTr/PDTC/PDEx and other management-required reports in coordination with Data Warehouse Division (DWD). Ensures that these financial data/reports are accurate and conforms with the prescribed format. Role Exposure: Gathers relevant data and information needed in the preparation of required reports from DWD and from other business units. Ensures that all the data and information gathered from DWD and from other business units are complete and accurate. Coordinates with Data Warehouse Division on additional data requirements needed by the Department relative to the preparation of required reports. Assists/prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual reportorial requirements of the Bank for submission to BSP. Keeps updated of the pertinent circulars/memorandums/bulletins issued by the BSP, PDIC, BTR, PDTC and PSA to ensure compliance with the prescribed regulatory policies and reportorial requirements. Maintains/stores relevant data for future needs. Safekeeps files and/or sent to Records Management Department for proper disposition. Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
