Position Title : Credit Administration Assistant Job Summary: The Credit Administration Assistant is responsible for handling credit approvals, preparing reports, providing HR-related support, and assisting with administrative requirements of Credit Group Role Exposure: Credit Committee Secretariat Manages credit proposals requiring approval from designated credit approvers and Board- and Bank-level committees. Organizes and schedules committee meetings, including coordination with members and stakeholders, preparation of agendas and materials, documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items. Prepares report on credit transactions requiring Board of Directors approval, as well as periodic reports on committee activities and tracking of approvals. Monitoring and Reporting Assists in the preparation of productivity and performance reports Coordinates with various Credit Group Divisions to ensure that key performance metrics are properly measured and monitored Administrative Support Manages HR-related activities for Credit Group, including training coordination, quarterly townhall and annual conference events, team building, as well as employee onboarding/offboarding management, database maintenance and monitoring. Inventory management, office requirement coordination and Business Continuity related activities Manage IT and Non-IT requests and monitors asset inventory to ensure proper tracking and control. Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, executive support, or office management role Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities Experienced in coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking action items Proficient in report preparation, documentation, and data management High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Other Details: Unit: OP/CRG/COSS/Credit Operations and Administration Rank: Rank and File Office Location: The Shops, BGC
