HR Officer – Leadership & Professional Development Job Summary The HR Officer ( Learning and Development Officer) is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership development programs and other high-impact learning interventions that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role plays a critical part in building a strong leadership pipeline, enhancing managerial capabilities, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Key Responsibilities Design and implement leadership development and learning programs. Conduct training needs assessments and identify competency gaps. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning initiatives. Support succession planning, performance management, and career development with HR and business leaders. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Talent Development. Experience designing and delivering leadership programs. Preferred Skills Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in LMS and digital learning tools. Experience in program evaluation and reporting.
