About You & the Role As a Developer , you will help deliver reliable, business-ready technology solutions by analyzing requirements, developing and testing programs, supporting system enhancements, and assisting business units with production concerns. You are a detail-oriented and service-driven technology professional who can translate specifications into effective program code, work collaboratively with stakeholders, and contribute to quality technology delivery with minimal supervision. 2. What You Will Be Doing Analyze program objectives and specifications, including gathering needed data or clarifications. Translate approved specifications into cost-effective program code. Prepare test data and expected results, and conduct unit testing for assigned programs. Prepare system documentation and assist in user training for new implementations and enhancements. Assist in preparing program specifications and system testing activities. Review the work of junior programmers to ensure quality and adherence to standards. Support the resolution of system issues, concerns, and requests raised by business units. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by Management. 3. What Success Looks Like Technology solutions are delivered within agreed timelines. Business requirements are accurately translated into effective technical solutions. Assigned deliverables are completed on schedule and maintained within target project timelines. System enhancement requests are resolved and closed based on committed timeframes. System issues are addressed in accordance with established service level agreements. Audit responses, performance reports, and status updates are submitted accurately and on time. All development activities comply with established SDLC standards and quality requirements. 4. Qualifications We Value Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. At least two (2) years of relevant experience in banking technology, systems development, or automation. Exposure to system design, project management, and production support. Strong understanding of software development and technology solutions. Results-oriented with a strong customer-service mindset. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
