Sales Officer

About You & the Role Are you passionate about sales, building relationships, and helping clients achieve their dream of homeownership? We are looking for a Sales Officer for Real Estate Loans who can drive business growth by developing client relationships, generating quality loan opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the loan application process. In this role, you will work closely with property developers, brokers, referral partners, and prospective borrowers to promote the Bank's real estate loan products and achieve sales targets. What You Will Be Doing Identify and develop new business opportunities for real estate loan products. Build and maintain relationships with property developers, brokers, agents, and referral partners. Generate leads through marketing activities, networking, events, and strategic partnerships. Assist clients throughout the loan application process and provide timely updates on application status. Conduct client presentations and promote the Bank's home loan solutions. Evaluate initial borrower requirements and coordinate with credit, operations, and other support units. Monitor pipeline activity and ensure achievement of individual sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor offerings. What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving or exceeding loan booking and sales targets. Building a strong network of developers, brokers, and referral partners that generates sustainable business. Delivering a positive and seamless customer experience from inquiry to loan release. Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with quality loan opportunities. Demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and strong relationship management skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Experience in sales, business development, relationship management, or banking is an advantage. Background in mortgage loans, real estate financing, property sales, or consumer lending is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven with a passion for sales and customer relationship management. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
