As a Loans Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting the processing of loan transactions, ensuring timely releases, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination with branches and internal stakeholders. What You Will Be Doing Process loan releases, renewals, and payment transactions accurately and on time. Compute loan interests and applicable charges in accordance with established procedures. Prepare loan-related documents, including promissory notes, disclosure statements, and official transaction records. Encode and maintain accurate loan information in the bank's core banking system. Coordinate with branches and business units to facilitate transaction processing and address inquiries. Monitor loan maturities, maintain organized records, and prepare operational reports. Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What Success Looks Like Loan transactions are processed accurately and within service standards. Loan records and reports are complete, timely, and error-free. Strong collaboration with branches and internal partners supports smooth day-to-day operations. Documentation is consistently organized and compliant with established banking policies. Operational efficiency is maintained while delivering reliable support to internal and external customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any business-related course. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. Strong business writing and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and analytical thinking. Willing to be assigned in Cubao-Aurora, Quezon City.
