Tranformation Senior Project Manager

About the Job: Lead the planning and delivery of the Core Lending Replacement project within the Sunshine Program, ensuring successful coordination across business, technology, operations, vendors, and project stakeholders while meeting project timelines, scope, and quality objectives . What you will do: Manage day-to-day project delivery for the Core Lending Replacement workstream. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Coordinate activities across business, IT, operations, risk, compliance, and external partners. Drive project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and decision-making forums. Track project progress and escalate issues requiring management intervention. Ensure project deliverables are completed according to agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards. Support testing, migration, training, and implementation activities. Manage project vendors and monitor delivery commitments. Work closely with the Sunshine Program Manager and PMO to ensure alignment with overall program objectives. What you need to have: 9+ years of project management experience. Experience delivering complex technology or transformation projects. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners. Proven ability to manage project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities. What can set you apart: Financial services, lending, or banking experience. Core banking or loan management system implementation experience. Experience with large-scale system migration or transformation initiatives. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
