Senior IT Business Intelligence Analyst

What you´ll do Collaborate with business units / managers to understand their business and reporting requirements; Communicate regularly with business units / managers and show a structured and analytical working approach Provide reporting solutions by building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI as well as MSOffice (PPT, XLS); Understand and interpret data sets dashboards, and investigate on potential errors or discrepancies Perform data quality checks on various data sources to ensure report accuracy; Handle access management on created reporting solutions databases Execution of documentation maintenance and knowledge base updates; Create data models using DAX, PowerQuery, and other relevant tools for Data Extraction Transformation Use PowerApps and PowerAutomate tools to integrate platforms and maintain them; Provide technical guidance to end-users on dashboard usage and investigate on potential tool issues Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) for proper authorization and access management purposes; Monitor completed dashboards to ensure sustained performance and usability, as needed Apply process improvements and best practices on dashboard optimization and automation
