What you´ll do Support the Source to Contract team in contract data clean-up and maintenance activities within the Icertis contract management system Review, validate, and update contract records to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality Assist in identifying and resolving duplicate records, data inconsistencies, and documentation gaps Perform quality checks and support the preparation of audit-ready contract reports and tracking materials Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support key team performance indicators (KPIs) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, reporting, or dashboard development projects Present project recommendations, insights, or improvement ideas to the Source to Pay leadership team
