About the Role We are seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our operations in the Philippines. This role will focus on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal work for both our licensed broker and licensed market maker businesses in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation Draft and review a wide range of legal documents related to the company’s licensed broker and market maker businesses Support day-to-day corporate legal matters, including internal documentation and business operations Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required Requirements Qualified lawyer with 3–5 years of relevant corporate and commercial legal experience Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory Mandarin Chinese (spoken) is preferred Overseas education background is a plus Solid legal drafting, review, and analytical skills Able to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Application Requirements Curriculum Vitae (CV) Legal writing sample demonstrating legal drafting and writing capability
