Job Responsibilities 我们正在寻找一名具备优秀双语能力（菲律宾语/他加禄语 和中文）的年轻人才，协助推进公司在马尼拉日常运营管理等相关项目。此职位将直接汇报给项目负责人，参与跨部门及外部机构的协调工作，确保项目高效落地。 We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Indonesian and Mandarin) professional to support our day-to-day operations and project execution in Indonesia. This role will report directly to the Project Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. 岗位职责： 协助项目负责人推进本地项目执行及后续运营支持。 统筹内外部协调工作，确保项目进度顺利： 负责项目相关文件整理、会议安排及进度跟踪。 协助解决项目推进中的本地化问题，确保合规性与高效执行。 Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Lead in executing local projects and providing operational support. Coordinate cross-functional and external collaborations to ensure project timelines are met. Organize project-related documentation, schedule meetings, and track progress. Support localization efforts and troubleshoot operational challenges to ensure compliance and efficiency. 必备要求： 流利的他加禄语（Tagalog）和中文（普通话），能熟练进行书面及口头沟通。 具备积极、主动的工作态度，适应快节奏多任务环境。 优秀的跨部门协作能力与执行力，擅长推动事务落地。 加分项： 英语沟通能力良好。 法律相关专业背景或经验。 Requirements: Mandatory: Fluency in Tagalog and Mandarin (both written and spoken) Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Strong cross-functional coordination skills and execution-driven mindset. Preferred (Bonus point): Proficiency in English. Background or experience in law/compliance.
