Your new responsibilities Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic projects and programs. Develop project charters, implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and governance structures and tools and templates. Ensure projects are delivered on scope, schedule, budget, and expected business value. Define corrective actions for deviations and assure in time escalation if required. Key contact for project/program stakeholders (including customer if required), manage interdependencies between projects, collaborate with involved departments within line organization. Act as the primary project interface for leadership teams and functional owners. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates. Periodic reporting of KPIs, metrics, project plans, resource requirements, risks and mitigations to steering management Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and EHS requirements. Track project budgets and resource utilization. Optimize resource allocation across multiple programs. Who we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical course or equivalent More than 5 years’ experience in semiconductor or electronics industry with focus on technology and/or manufacturing >5 yrs experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects.
