Your new responsibilities Develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term production plans based on demand forecasts Create detailed production schedules aligned with capacity, manpower, and machine availability Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks. Communicate risks and mitigation plans effectively Work closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, SCM, Logistics, and other support groups. Analyze product specifications to plan and ensure availability of materials and machines resources to ensure manufacturing work orders meet on time delivery schedule Ensure adherence to company policies, planning procedures, and industry standards. Act as a subject matter expert in planning and control systems. Support team development and knowledge sharing Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Who we are looking for Diploma in Industrial Engineering / or experience in a technical field along with experience in planning/scheduling in a customized / engineered to order manufacturing environment Min 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Semiconductor Planning Strong knowledge and experience of SAP system, Excellent Microsoft office skills with strong analytical abilities Good communication & negotiation skills, multi-tasker and a good team player Ability to work under pressure to fulfil tight deadlines / stress management Please contact Soi Kim Kee for further information via <[email hidden]> or +65 () 62402395 .
