Find out more about us on <https://ams-osram.com> The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise. Your new responsibilities Lead overall support and governance of SPC, YMS, and FDC systems across global sites (Asia & Europe). Oversee SAP booking event processes and ensure compliance with operational standards. Act as technical subject matter expert (SME) for wafer fab quality and analysis systems. Drive system architecture improvements, automation strategy, and long-term technical roadmap. Lead complex incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive action implementation for production-impacting issues. Review and approve system enhancements, scripts, and interface developments. Collaborate with Production, IT, and global stakeholders on system upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and risk mitigation for critical manufacturing systems. What we look for Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing system support (preferably semiconductor/wafer fab). Strong expertise in SPC, YMS, FDC systems and SAP processes.
