You'll own the technical side of measurement — GA4 configuration, Google Tag Manager, event and conversion tracking, data layer setup, and the troubleshooting that ensures the numbers are accurate and trustworthy. Other teams handle most of the analysis and interpretation; your job is to make sure the tracking foundation underneath them is solid.The role is async and flexible — you set your own hours week to week — with the one requirement that you can hop on a call between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET when needed. Being comfortable joining client calls to explain implementations is a big plus.This is an ideal role for someone who's genuinely good at analytics engineering and wants meaningful, flexible part-time work across a portfolio of accounts.RESPONSIBILITIESConfigure and maintain GA4 across Nexus client and Foundry for Good properties, including migration cleanupImplement event tracking, custom events, conversions, and goalsSet up and manage Google Tag Manager, including data layer configurationBuild Looker Studio dashboards and reporting as neededHandle cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side tagging where requiredDebug and resolve tracking issues to ensure data accuracy and reliabilityDocument tracking setups and implementations for internal teamsJoin client calls to explain implementations and answer technical questions (a big plus)Collaborate with account, SEO, and analytics teams who handle downstream analysisSETUPThis is a work-from-home, part-time roleTarget of 5–10 hours per week, paid hourlyAsync and flexible scheduling — you set your own hours week to weekMust be available to join calls between 9:00am and 12:00pm ET as neededREQUIREMENTSBased in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term, part-time roleExceptional English verbal and written communication skillsStrong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted AverageDegree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related fieldHands-on expertise implementing GA4 and Google Tag ManagerStrong experience with event tracking, conversions, and data layer configurationExperience with Looker Studio for dashboards and reportingFamiliarity with cross-domain tracking, consent mode, and server-side taggingStrong debugging skills and a sharp eye for data accuracyAbility to work independently and reliably with minimal oversightComfortable joining client calls to explain technical work clearly (a big plus)Comfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersORG OVERVIEWMeet the TeamWe currently have 100+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we're excited to add new team members to this new role!There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before <applying.You> must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits.
