This part-time role focuses on planning, launching, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns that help nonprofit organizations increase visibility, drive conversions, and grow their impact. As the service expands, this position has the potential to scale into a full-time opportunity.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, launch, and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and InstagramMonitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and budgets to maximize resultsConduct audience research and build targeted campaigns aligned with client goalsAnalyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing and fundraising objectivesSupport the creation and testing of ad copy, creative assets, and landing page recommendationsStay informed on Meta platform updates, advertising best practices, and industry trendsContribute to the refinement and growth of Getting Attention’s paid advertising services for nonprofit clients SETUPThis is a work-from-home setupInitially part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time positionWorks during US EST business hoursREQUIREMENTSBased in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role3-5 years of experience managing and optimizing Meta advertising campaignsStrong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and campaign performance analysisExperience developing paid social strategies that drive measurable results, including lead generation, conversions, and audience growthAbility to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendationsExperience managing advertising budgets and optimizing spend for maximum return on investmentFamiliarity with audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion trackingExperience supporting B2B, nonprofit, agency, or mission-driven organizations is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining campaign quality and accuracyStrong self-starter with an ownership mindset; comfortable making informed decisions within established guidelines, navigating ambiguity, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
