This is primarily an editing and video creation role — you'll turn raw footage into polished, on-brand videos across formats, from social cutdowns and ads to webinars, interviews, testimonials, and educational content.A key part of the role is helping clients capture great footage from home. Since this is a remote, Philippines-based position, you won't be running on-site shoots — instead, you'll write recording setup guides, run remote recording sessions when needed, and direct clients over video to make sure the footage comes in at a high quality. Ideally, much of this runs independently with light coordination.This is an ideal role for an early-to-mid-career video editor with a couple of years of experience who takes pride in craft, works efficiently across multiple projects, and is comfortable interacting with clients directly. You'll join client calls and present your work, while account managers own the day-to-day relationships.RESPONSIBILITIESEdit and produce short- and long-form video for clients, including social videos, ads, webinars, interviews, testimonials, and educational contentWork with clients to capture high-quality live footage remotely — writing setup guides, running remote recording sessions, and directing as neededCreate polished, on-brand videos from raw footage and existing assetsAdd motion graphics, lower thirds, kinetic text, and branded elements to enhance videosHandle audio cleanup, color correction, captioning/subtitles, and other post-production essentialsEdit and package webinar content for client useDesign or assist with thumbnails and supporting graphicsManage multiple video projects and deadlines across several client accounts simultaneouslyJoin client calls to present work, gather direction, and guide recording when neededIncorporate feedback quickly and accurately through revision cyclesMaintain organized, well-labeled project files and asset librariesSETUPThis is a work-from-home setupTarget of 42.5 billable hours per weekThis role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your <day.Here>’s what a typical day looks like:Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am (PHT)This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.Work-from-home setupNote: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differencesREQUIREMENTSBased in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role2+ years of video editing and production experienceExceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including comfort directing and coaching clients on video callsStrong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted AverageDegree in Film, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related fieldA strong portfolio or reel demonstrating range across short- and long-form videoProficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve; comfort with CapCut and Descript is a plusMotion graphics ability in After Effects (kinetic text, lower thirds, animated elements)Solid post-production fundamentals: audio cleanup, color correction, captioning/subtitlesComfort with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or Canva) for thumbnails and supporting graphics is a plusAbility to guide clients to capture high-quality footage remotely through clear setup guides and remote directionStrong eye for pacing, storytelling, and on-brand visual consistencyHighly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines across several accountsComfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersPrior experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment is a strong plusORG OVERVIEWMeet the TeamWe currently have 100+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before <applying.You> must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits.
