This role sources, evaluates, and positions opportunities while establishing FFG as a trusted investor and partner in mission-driven sectors.RESPONSIBILITIESSource and evaluate investment and acquisition opportunities aligned with FFG strategyBuild relationships with founders, investors, and intermediaries to expand deal flowSupport the growth of the Foundry for Good Angel NetworkConduct market research, financial analysis, and strategic assessments of potential dealsAssist with diligence, deal structuring, and internal investment memosRefine and document venture studio frameworks to support venture creation and incubationMaintain visibility into the investment pipeline across stages of evaluationSupport initiatives to position FFG as an active buyer and strategic investorSETUPThis is a work-from-home setupTarget of 42.5 billable hours per weekREQUIREMENTS2+ years of professional experience, ideally in VC, PE, or related investment/portfolio rolesBased in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term roleProven track record of success in prior roles, supported by academic and professional achievementsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insightsORG OVERVIEWMeet the TeamWe currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before <applying.You> must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits.
