This is a client support role for someone with a few years of experience who's ready to own meaningful pieces of client work and grow within a fast-moving <agency.You>'ll support our account managers and become an expert in the mechanics of modern marketing — preparing client deliverables, running SEO and GEO analysis, and building the analytics reporting that shows clients how their marketing is performing. You'll join client calls in a supporting role, and ideal candidates will be comfortable presenting their own analysis directly to clients as they grow into the role.This is a strong fit for an early-to-mid-career marketer or analyst who enjoys digging into data, solving problems, and translating findings into clear recommendations. If you have a background in SEO or analytics — whether at an agency or in-house — and want to deepen your expertise across SEO, GEO, and AI-driven search, this is an excellent next step.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare client deliverables across digital marketing, SEO, GEO, and analyticsConduct SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization) audits and analysis, including AI visibility trackingBuild and maintain analytics reporting and dashboards that give clients clear visibility into performancePerform keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO recommendationsDevelop content briefs and optimization recommendations grounded in dataJoin client calls in a supporting role, and present your own analysis to clients as you grow into the roleTranslate data and findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teamsSupport account managers in delivering high-quality work across multiple client accountsStay current on changes in SEO, GEO, and AI search, and bring new ideas to the teamSETUPThis is a work-from-home setupTarget of 42.5 billable hours per weekThis is a graveyard shift role aligned with US Eastern business hours (approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST), supporting strong real-time collaboration with US-based teams and partnersREQUIREMENTSBased in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role and the graveyard shift2–3 years minimum of relevant experience; ideal candidates have prior SEO or analytics work at an agency or in-houseExceptional English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present analysis clearly to clientsStrong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted AverageDegree in Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldHands-on experience with analytics and SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Screaming FrogFamiliarity with AI tools and GEO/AI-visibility platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Peec AI) is a strong plusStrong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and a data-driven mindsetHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines at onceComfortable working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProactive, curious, and eager to deepen expertise across SEO, GEO, and analyticsORG OVERVIEWMeet the TeamWe currently have 100+ team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before <applying.You> must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits.
