What it's about We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team in Manila in a role focused on corporate administration, accounting oversight, and governance coordination. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong candidate with experience in financial services, or corporate administration (accounting, corporate secretarial support). The role entails oversight of a portfolio of investment holding structures and close interaction with internal teams, external service providers, and other global stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Manage/ oversee the administration of a portfolio of externally administered SPVs and investment holding structures, working closely with external administrators and service providers Coordinate accounting, financial reporting, audit, and operational deliverables across multiple jurisdictions Review financial statements, reporting packages, and related supporting documentation Monitor service provider performance and follow up on deliverables and deadlines Support governance processes, including board meetings, approvals, statutory filings, and corporate documentation Act as a key contact point for internal teams, auditors, external administrators, and other stakeholders Assist in resolving operational, accounting, and administrative issues relating to the entity portfolio Contribute to process improvements, standardization, and the strengthening of internal controls and best practices .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } What we expect Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar; CPA preferred 6+ years of relevant experience in financial services, corporate administration, accounting or audit. Solid experience in financial reporting, entity administration, and coordination with external service providers Good understanding of corporate governance, statutory requirements, and multi-jurisdictional structures Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive and reliable professional with a hands-on approach and a continuous improvement mindset What we offer Partners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace, and agility of a start-up.
