This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for hard-to-fill, niche positions while ensuring that standard recruitment and selection processes are observed consistently.What's In It For YouRate: $4.00/hour (freelance)Setup: 100% remote, Philippines-basedShift: Day shift — 9 AM–6 PM PHT (flexible start options: 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM)Training/Onboarding: Paid from day one — structured 1-month program with bi-weekly training sessionsGrowth path: Freelance Recruitment Specialist → absorbed as Probationary Employee → Senior Recruitment Specialist.
