General Responsibilities Corporate Accounting & Disbursements Assist in reviewing and validating post-payment transactions for accuracy and completeness. Support disbursement workflows, including Cash Advances (CA), Reimbursements, and Requests for Payment (RFP). Help gather and prepare financial data to support internal reporting and analysis. Provide general administrative support to the Finance team. Compliance, Tax, and Regulation Tracking Monitor regulatory updates affecting cryptocurrency and fintech from agencies like the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Assist in maintaining compliance documentation, policies, and internal controls. Help organize records and schedules required for routine tax filings and audits. Process Improvement & Special Projects Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency. Support special cross-functional projects and research specific financial or regulatory topics. Continuously evaluate and optimize financial workflows to improve productivity, accuracy, and control. Relationship Management Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address financial inquiries and provide timely, accurate support. Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Professional Development Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in finance and blockchain. Actively pursue opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement. Share knowledge and insights with team members to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Able to report to the PDAX office in Ortigas on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Able to render at least three (3) months of internship. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a plus.
