COLLECTIONS ASSOCIATE (BUSINESS BANKING / MAKATI)

Job Description Primarily responsible in carrying out the collection process assigned, ensuring the set flow rates, collection and productivity targets are attained or exceeded. Responsibilities: View deposit balances of BPI for review and analysis of various loan transactions for collection purposes. Trigger transactions such as debit and application of payment. Updating of details, waiver/reversal of transactions ETC to BB loan account's number through BB MD Support team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Demonstrate proficiency in presenting themselves effectively, both verbally and in writing. Possess interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills High level of initiative and innovation Adept critical thinking, decision-making, and continual learning abilities are highly advantageous. Willing to be assigned within Makati City.
