About the Role The Plan to Report (P2R) Analyst provides analytical and execution support to P2R Lead, focusing on accuracy, data preparation, and reporting consistency. The role prepares data extracts and transformation, schedules, and supporting analyses; performs reconciliations, checks, and validation of inputs and outputs; maintains reference files, assumptions, and documentation; and supports the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports. The P2R Analyst also assists in automation, data cleanup, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen reporting quality and efficiency. How you'll contribute · Prepare data extracts and transformation, schedules, and supporting analyses to support P2R reporting requirements. · Perform reconciliations, checks, and validation of inputs and outputs to ensure data accuracy and completeness. · Maintain reference files, assumptions, and documentation to support consistency, traceability, and audit readiness. · Support the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and reports for management and business use. · Assist in automation, data cleanup, and improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and standardization. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, data preparation and validation, account reconciliation, management reporting, and documentation management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and prepare accurate reports.
