About Your New Role
Core Duties
● Preparing low to medium complexity NAV packages in accordance with
MaplesFS
policies and
procedures;
● Ensure the proprietary database is completed with accurate data by the take-on point of the
client;
● Liaison with internal and external parties, such as investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relations to trading activities as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation, if
required;
● Liaison with auditors to provide requested information and respond to
queries,
if
required
;
- ● Data entry for new client and fund setups
- ● Data management for fund closures and client terminations
- ● Liaising with other functions of the company across the globe, ensuring the company’s services are delivered timely and accurately
- ● Fee processing management – including booking of fees in the billing system and preparation of invoices
- ● Completion of monthly revenue accrual reports
- ● Retrieving data and performing data analysis for management/client reporting
- ●Preparation of Management Reporting including but not limited to KPIs, Accounts Receivable, Profitability, and other client management reporting as required.
About You
- ●Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
- ●Proactive, self-starter and detail-
- oriented;
- ● Good Excel skills such as
Vlookup

- Pivot Table.
