Materials Planner

• College Graduate, BS Industrial Engineering an advantage
• With at least 5 yrs experience in Materials Planning preferable in electronics company
• Knowledgeable with inventory control, inventory limit and material inventory turnover
• Keen to details; with good analytical and critical thinking
• Knowledgeable in conducting material WIP counting and can generate report
• Can work with minimal supervision; Can effectively communicate

Knowledgeable in MS Office

Key Responsibilities and Functions

Material Planning & Scheduling

Develops and implements material plans (MRP) based on production schedules and demand forecasts to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Inventory Control

Oversees inventory accuracy, including tracking, auditing, and managing inventory levels to minimize holding costs while avoiding shortages.

Process Improvement

Develops and refines processes, workflows, and procedures within the materials planning department.

Operational Coordination

Collaborates with Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to align material requirements with overall business goals.

Problem Resolution

Resolves complex supply chain issues and escalated operational problems.
