FINANCE SR. STAFF

• SNPW team is looking for a Finance Sr. Staff to join our organization and
• support the preparation, review, and
• analysis of financial records, reports, and reconciliations, as well as compliance-related activities.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Responsible for performing detailed finance and accounting tasks, including reviewing financial records,
• preparing reports, supporting reconciliations, and assisting in compliance and audit requirements. This role also
• involves supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while helping ensure the accuracy, timeliness,
• and integrity of financial information.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any related accounting/finance course.
• At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Philippine taxation and BIR compliance is an advantage.
• Proficient in accounting software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and analyze financial transactions, records, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
• Handle detailed reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and tax requirements.
• Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with auditors as needed.
• Review supporting documents and ensure proper financial control.
• Assist and guide Finance Staff in daily tasks when necessary.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
