• Employment Type: 3-months project based
• Work Setup: 1-month onsite training. After training, it’s WFH.
• Work Schedule: Nightshift (9PM - 6AM)

Job Description

The Application Analyst is responsible for providing resolution to our customer issues that come in via phone call or email that cannot be resolved on the first pass.

So your responsibilities are

✅ Responsible for troubleshooting if an issue is a reoccurring issue or an isolated issue.
✅ Need to work with EDI on file transmission, configuration consultants, Account Managers, to help resolve reported issues.
✅ Should be able to analyze issues accurately to create a logical and effective course of action for issue resolution.
✅ Should be able to effectively communicate root cause analysis to appropriate audience whether it be internally or with a client.� We are looking for someone with:
✅ Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple cases at one time
✅ Team player with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skill
✅ Great organizational skills and detail oriented

Experience and skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree (any)
2. Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple cases at one time
3. Team player with strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
4. Great organizational skills and detail-oriented

Candidates with a background in Information Technology or related fields are highly preferred, such as BS Computer Science, BS Information Systems, BS Computer Engineering, etc.

We can also process graduating candidates this year as long as they have completed their thesis, capstone project, and internships, and have no backup subjects. Candidates should only be waiting for their graduation march.
