About The Role

Oversee and coordinate daily Caterpillar warranty operations, including the evaluation, approval, or escalation of claims through detailed technical analysis to ensure timely, accurate, and policy-compliant processing.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to resolve technical issues and ensure claims are processed within the scope of warranty coverage.
Utilize warranty management systems and platforms to process claims, maintain records, and support reporting activities.
Track and monitor warranty claim trends, including rejection rates, parts recovery, and associated costs.
Maintain warranty-related documentation, policies and procedures.
Prepare detailed reports on key warranty performance indicators such as claim cycle time, claim volume, cost per unit, and root cause analysis.
Work closely with the Product Support team to manage the return and evaluation of warranty parts.
Ensure accurate claim lifecycle tracking and performance measurement using dedicated warranty systems.
