About The Role

Our client are seeking motivated and results-driven Lead Generation / Pre-Sales Specialists. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales and BD pipeline. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to leverage digital tools to drive high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to discover potential leads through online platforms, databases, networking, and digital avenues.
Evaluate leads to determine their alignment with business requirements.
Connect with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to present our solutions.
Develop and sustain an organized pipeline of prospects.
Work collaboratively with the business development team to transition qualified leads.
Employ CRM tools to monitor interactions and maintain data accuracy.
Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, business development, or lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Skilled in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on achieving targets.
2 to 5 years of experience in lead generation or pre-sales.
Experience in managing outreach campaigns and sales pipelines.
