About The Role

Take full ownership of existing systems, analyzing and resolving bugs or performance issues during the maintenance phase.
Bridge the gap between technical complexity and client understanding, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Independently manage and prioritize support tickets based on urgency and impact without constant supervision.
Dive deep into codebases to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable long-term fixes.
Maintain and update technical documentation to streamline team troubleshooting and efficiency.
Strong expertise in NextJS and NestJS .
Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Development.
Professional communication with high empathy and excellent interpersonal skills.
Highly self-managed, able to multitask and deliver under pressure.
