About The Role

What You'll Do

Deliver excellent IT support to end users across phone, in-person, and online channels, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues efficiently, keeping incidents on track and meeting agreed SLAs.
Keep IT services running smoothly through system monitoring, routine maintenance, audits, and effective management of support queues and shared resources.

What You Bring

Solid understanding of I.T systems and infrastructure;
Experience with ticketing/logging systems;
Excellent skills covering IT areas such as: VoIP, Networking, VPN, RDP, Lan Protocols (TCP/IP), Patching, etc...;
Proven experience with operating systems: Microsoft O/S, iOS, MacOS, Linux
