Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional technical support to Italian-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Educate customers on product features and how to effectively utilize them.
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to product development.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on issues until fully resolved.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
Strong understanding of IT systems and effective troubleshooting skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with CRM software and remote support tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
