Requirements

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the fashion industry.
Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple inquiries.
A good eye for fashion trends and excellent product knowledge.
Experience with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
