About The Role
The Senior Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering reporting and analytics solutions that support business performance, operational effectiveness, and informed decision-making. This role partners closely with client services teams and stakeholders to provide meaningful insights, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.
As a trusted reporting partner, the Senior Reporting Analyst is expected to work independently, build strong stakeholder relationships, and provide consultative support on reporting strategy, analytics, reporting governance, and process optimization.
Location Specifics
- Location: Megatower, Mandaluyong
- Position Setup: Hybrid (Twice per month)
- Shift: M-F | 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM PHT (1st Shift)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of recurring client reporting in accordance with established service level agreements.
- Serve as a primary reporting and analytics resource for assigned accounts and stakeholders.
- Manage and complete ad hoc reporting requests while ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve reporting dashboards, templates, and data visualization tools.
- Develop and maintain billing templates and support monthly billing reconciliation processes.
- Analyze reporting trends and provide actionable recommendations to Client Services Managers, Client Services Directors, and account leadership teams.
- Partner with client services teams to improve reporting efficiency, streamline workflows, and eliminate non-value-added reporting activities.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to understand evolving reporting requirements and business priorities.
- Support reporting governance, data quality initiatives, and reporting best practices across the organization.
- Present findings, trends, and recommendations in a clear and consultative manner to stakeholders.
- Mentor and support less experienced reporting analysts as needed.

Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data and insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate with limited supervision.
Exposure / Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting automation.
- Experience with SQL, Power Query, VBA/Macros, Power BI , or other reporting and visualization tools preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reporting platforms.
- Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, workforce reporting, HR reporting, or recruitment reporting.
- Previous experience supporting RPO, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or outsourced business services environments preferred.
- Experience managing recurring and ad hoc reporting requests while maintaining data accuracy and service levels.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insights that support business objectives.
Education
- Associate's degree required.
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
