SUMMARY: The Chiller Operator is responsible for operation of the according to George’s chiller procedures and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following

Turn on chillers and verify start up and proper mechanical operations.
Verify temperatures for regulatory requirements.
Ensure all chemicals are properly measured and dispensed.
Perform all required temps and mechanical operations as required throughout the shift.
Perform additional duties as requested by supervisor.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Required

Preferred
Previous poultry processing experience
