About The Role

Develop, maintain, and review standard jobs for component rebuilds and common machine models.
Develop parts lists for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Prepare Cost Per Hour (CPH) for equipment lifecycle planning.
Prepare parts lists for Service Marketing Programs, including Repair Options and Preventive Maintenance Campaigns.
Ensure compliance with principal standards and programs.
Coordinate with service, technical, and product support teams to improve equipment reliability.

Diploma holder is required but personnel with minimum 5 years working experience in the same field will be qualified.
Minimum 5 years experience in Heavy Equipment industry with ability to understand technical terms and Machinery Operations
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholder.
Possess good oral, interpersonal communication skills and analytical thinking in addition to positive aptitude and attitude.
Fluent in spoken and written in English & Bahasa Melayu.
Ability to analyze, organize and administer.
Knowledge of PC and software, especially spreadsheet is necessary.
