To carry out supervision works for technical scope of work on C&S and M&E works, day to day operation and projects implementation in FM.
To carry out supervision works for day-to-day maintenance scope of work i.e cleanliness etc. in FM
Assist administrative works for facilities management i.e for OPEX, CAPEX, generate PO
Supervise and monitor delivery of all services within agreed scope and to ensure that all deliverables are met.
Assist in work implementation to meet the committed annual budgeted CAPEX and OPEX.
Assist to attend complains, request and suggestion by internal customer or building occupants.
Assist to implement and ensure compliance in Law and Regulation required by Authority – License renewal, registration and Insurance for FM.
Assist and be part of the team towards the cost-effective of service contracts services delivery pursuant to the contracts.
To consistently provide prompt response to request from building occupants and be pro-active in any problem solutions.

Assist and support to carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by immediate superior, Head, Integrated Facilities Management and Head, EMS Upstream.
