About the role

We're building an operating system for an international oil trading company. We need a designer who has worked on a large system before — where screens are connected to one another, and a change in one place affects three others. And who has seen people use it every day, not just in a one-off test.

Your job is to translate the work of traders and operators into screens: layers, time, states. From the flows of specific roles to contributing to the shared design system.

What you'll do

Design flows and tools
Adapt wireframe prototypes into their final look, based on the existing design system
Apply the visual coding rules (outlines, colors, layers), and suggest refinements
Present and defend decisions in demos with the client
Gradually take on design-system-level tasks

What you need

5+ years as a product designer, with experience working within someone else's design system
Experience working on large systems, or on significant parts of large systems
Experience building products that real people actually use
Experience using AI tools in the design process — generating options, speeding up routine work
A portfolio with complex interfaces: dashboards, tables, forms — not just consumer apps
Speed: you can draw many similar screens quickly, without losing quality
Fluent Russian, working English

Nice to have
Experience in B2B, fintech, logistics, or trading. Work with maps, timelines, layers. Willingness to travel to Dubai often, or be based there.
