About The Role

In the context of a succession, we are looking for a new Team Assistant to join us at our headquarters in Schaffhausen. The role is ideal for somebody with a few years of experience and the right personality, who wants to join a dynamic corporate environment. It offers a high diversity of tasks and is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys working with different stakeholders from different functions and levels.

Your tasks

Providing general administrative and organizational support
Scheduling meetings and managing logistics according to established procedures
Organizing standard travel arrangements
Handling basic office administration and documentation
Maintaining records and supports team operations
Managing the Team Assistant Hub inbox

Your profile

Several years of experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong focus on customers and solutions, ability and flexibility to go the extra mile to ensure a great service
Above-average communication and influencing skills in German and English
Willingness to spread the 60% to 4-5 days and have a high presence at the office
