Key Responsibilities

• ● Lead large-scale and highly complex infrastructure design initiatives across multiple data halls or regions.
• ● Define and enforce engineering standards, design methodologies, and operational best practices.
• ● Provide technical leadership for major infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.
• ● Mentor senior engineers and lead technical knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• ● Review and approve critical infrastructure designs and engineering decisions.
• ● Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data center design processes and technologies.
• ● Partner with leadership teams on capacity planning, strategic roadmap development, and operational planning.
