About The Role
- Strong knowledge of TikTok-first editing styles, including fast-paced cuts, engaging hooks, captions, transitions, and trend-driven storytelling.
- Experience repurposing existing and long-form content into engaging TikTok videos tailored for short-form audiences.
- Skilled in optimizing videos for performance and engagement through platform trends, audience retention techniques, and TikTok best practices.
- Ability to support short-form content growth by creating engaging videos that increase reach, interaction, and audience growth.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in TikTok video editing, short-form content creation, and use of editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, audience engagement, and social media content strategies for the MENA market.
