Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 15 years of solid experience in Project Management and Construction Operations specializing in Hydropower Plant, Infrastructure, Railways, Industrial/ Commercial Bldgs, Overhead Transmission Lines/ Substation Lines, Geothermal Power Plant Maintenance Projects.
• Exhibits strong skills in Business Acumen, Commercial Sense and Client Management.
• Highly effective communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned within and outside Metro Manila.

Job Description Summary

• Ensures all project deliverables are being executed on time, within the budget, and in compliance to Quality, Health Environment and Safety Standards.
• Supervises and monitors the performance of the project management team, facilitates the regular weekly and monthly management meetings including site inspections.
• Responsible for the preparation, implementation, and completion of various work stages related to construction.
• Manages the client, subcontractors, project management team and other stakeholders.
