Delivery Manager

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple products and strategic initiatives across a complex software environment. This role is responsible for portfolio alignment, delivery governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful execution against business priorities, OKRs, and long-term value objectives.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage portfolio governance, visibility, and delivery frameworks, ensuring initiatives align with company strategy, OKRs, customer value streams, and business objectives.
- Translate executive priorities into delivery roadmaps, driving strategic planning, prioritization, investment trade-offs, and value delivery across multiple products and teams.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple products and strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent execution, cross-product alignment, predictable outcomes, and long-term business value realization.
- Identify and manage cross-product dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints, capacity planning needs, and bottlenecks, escalating critical issues to leadership when required.
- Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Compliance, and executive stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, delivery performance, and strategic priorities.
- Define, track, and report portfolio-level KPIs while driving continuous improvement of governance models, reporting standards, Agile practices, operating models, and organizational maturity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Portfolio Delivery, or Engineering Management within a software development environment.
- Proven experience overseeing multiple products, programs, or domains, with responsibility for portfolio-level planning, governance, prioritization, and delivery alignment.
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale delivery organizations, typically supporting portfolios of 50–100+ FTEs, while balancing resources, capacity, and business priorities.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, delivery governance, dependency management, resource planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional teams across technical and non-technical functions.
- Solid technical understanding of distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures, combined with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; experience in iGaming or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
