PM Manager

Responsibilities of the role

• Server product NPI developing, define product requirement, control schedule, cost, and risk
• Develop and manage the project from kick-off to mass production, Work collaboratively with all internal function teams, such as engineering, marketing, DQA and factory.
• Managing product lifecycle till product discontinues with mitigation plans from manufacturing, regional business unit and key account, product sustaining and support worldwide business inquiry
• Generate collateral including datasheet, sales kit, and user manual needed for product promotion.
• Capable to assist RBU (regional business unit) for dedicated project development and management.

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years NPI PM experience of product management. (Server/IPC industry preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Cross-functions communication and presentation skills
• Open mindset, team spirit and intercultural competence
• Fluent English communication skill.
