About The Role

We're seeking a   Nurse Practitioner able to work Per Diem  with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan, CO .

At Salud, our Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

We offer

$51.97 to $68.20 per hour

Education

Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Must be board certified

Licensure

Possess an unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience

 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
