Facilities Manager

Core Responsibilities · Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related construction and engineering projects · Oversee the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure · Coordinate with contractors, landlords, suppliers, and service providers · Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational safety standards, and regulations · Manage and monitor facility budgets and financial reporting across sites · Represent the facilities function in management and strategic meetings · Lead, train, and evaluate facilities personnel and support staff · Address repairs, maintenance issues, and operational inefficiencies proactively
