• Li aise with customer/principle on technical matter regarding new modular assembly on a regular basis.
• Preliminary definition of overall operation of new modular assembly.
• Feasibility study on shopfloor for new modular assembly in regards on logistics and assembly for new modular assembly.
• Detail definition of new modular operation flow process.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for benchmarking process for modular assembly.
• Initial definition of total operation of modular assembly process; Direct & indirect manpower , assembly process tools & equipment, process cycle time.
• Provide customer/principle with project schedule/timeline for new modular assembly.
• Liaise with vendor for part testing if required .
• Create initial part sourcing logistics process ; upstream & downstream.
• Feasibility study for part localization.
• Jig, fixture & trolley design study.
• Process traceability definition.
• RASI ch art for new modular assembly for new modular operation.
• Technical presentation with customer/principle.
• Overall operation definition in accordance with ISO, IA TF , TISAX.
